Interesting core with the wife be indebted because of her shit husband, etc but soooo much crazy levels of lazy writing
-Husband in shady business but wife doesn’t question him (SETTTING YOUR WIFE UP AS COLLATERAL SECURITY AND TECHNICALLY FOR RAPE IS DEMONIC LEVELS OF EVIL EVEN AS A NAIVE PERSON)
-The wife (female lead) seeming cool after being raped several times is… Crazy bad. The trauma should’ve been prominent (well different ways of dealing with rape but this one is pretty unrealistic)
-Everyone is messed up in the head
-This trope of “I love you but won’t tell you, rather I’ll sleep with you then being heartbroken for being led on while never having clarified anything myself” is nonsense
-The weak willed male lead is also a tired trope
-The other girls who possibly end up as lesbos after male lead rejects them is bullshit writing again (he should’ve never agreed to the 3some)
All in all the story could’ve been so much better but the writer sabotaged the core.
